UGLY 6-3 is to escort TRADER, a combat logistics patrol, 50km from FOB Lincoln to Ras Al-Khaimah watching out for IEDs and insurgent ambushes.

A combat logistics patrol fr om FOB Lincoln is due to depart at 0600 hours, arriving about 0700 hours.
It is heading to the airbase at Ras Al Khaimah.
Ugly flight is to provide escort and scout the route ahead.
The convoy will travel North on the E89 Sheikh Maktoum Road, turning West onto the E88 East Coast Road at Ghamarah, then onto the E18 Digdaga Road, North towards Ras Al Khaimah.
The 55 miles journey will take the CLP past many areas wh ere insurgents are operating.
It will be dangerous and previous convoys have come under heavy fire and struck IEDs.

Notes
The F10 Communications menu will allow you to stop and start the convoy.
The convoy will start moving when the missions starts.
The mission randomly spawns events each time you launch.
If you see something suspicious and stop the convoy within 1km of it you will get the option to investigate.
If an IED is found a Blow in Place will take place. Don't get too close.
You can also destroy suspect vehicles by shooting them. If its an IED there will be a large explosion.
If there is no large explosion you have killed civilians.
Civilian traffic will be moving about the area.
This mission may take a couple of hours.
