A military paratroop version of the DC3/C47 mod. New 3D shapes courtesy of Markindel and packaged with military liveries with kind permission of Markindel/CrazyEddie. Revamped FM values in an attempt to more accurately represent the performance of the real aircraft. Ability to drop WW2 era troops inspired by the work of Eric and Patrick Cuesta's AC130 mod.

The Douglas DC-3 is a twin-engine propeller, produced by the American company Douglas Aircraft between 1936 and 1945. Its speed and range of action revolutionized air transport.

Originally conceived as an evolution of the Douglas DC-2 for night and comfortable civilian passenger transport, the DC-3 quickly became an indispensable tool for the Allied armies during the Second World War. It was produced in more than 13,000 copies, many of which are still in use today.
