F-15J "Hyakuri Volunteer Air Wing" 82-8896,
This is the skin of the Hyakuri Volunteer Air Wing, which appeared in the PC game "群青の空を越えて" released in 2005. The Hyakuri Volunteer Air Wing is a fighter squadron belonging to the Ezo Republic (formerly Hokkaido prefecture) which supported the Kanto government during the East-West Japan Civil War (Kanto Independence War). They seized the former JASDF Hyakuri Air Base and established it as their own base and participated in the civil war as volunteers. The term "義勇(giyu)" written on the aircraft means "volunteer" in Japanese.
