Eight basic liveries depicting ex-US Navy Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigates in service with the Turkish Naval Forces. They were renamed after various geographical locations in Turkey that start with the letter G, hence their designation as the G class frigate.
Note that all these ships are semi-fictional - ED's model of the Oliver depicts the long-hulled variant while the Turkish Navy used short-hulled variants of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate. Additionally, the real ships were modified with an enlarged helipad, an eight-cell Mk. 41 VLS for the RIM-162 ESSM forward of the Mk. 13 missile launch system, a SMART-S Mk.2 radar in place of the AN/SPS-49, and a Turkish-made combat management system; none of these are present on the ships as seen in DCS.
- TCG Gaziantep (F490), ex-USS Clifton Sprague (FFG-16). US Navy service 1981-1995. Sold to Turkey in 1997, named after the Turkish city of Gaziantep.
- TCG Giresun (F491), ex-USS Antrim (FFG-20). US Navy service 1981-1996. Sold to Turkey in 1998, named after the Turkish city of Giresun/Cerasus.
- TCG Gemlik (F492), ex-US Flatley (FFG-21). US Navy service 1981-1996. Sold to Turkey in 1998, named after the Gemlik district of Turkey's Bursa province.
- TCG Gelibolu (F493), ex-USS Reid (FFG-30). US Navy service 1983-1998. Sold to Turkey in 1999, named after the Turkish city of Gelibolu, the site of the famed Gallipoli Campaign during WW1.
- TCG Gökçeada (F494), ex-USS Mahlon S. Tisdale (FFG-27). US Navy service 1982-1996. Sold to Turkey in 1999, named after the island of Imbros/Gökçeada.
- TCG Gediz (F495), ex-USS John A. Moore (FFG-19). US Navy service 1981-2000. Sold to Turkey in 2000, named after the Gediz district of Turkey's Kütahya province.
- TCG Gökova (F496), ex-USS Samuel Eliot Morison (FFG-13). US Navy service 1980-2002. Sold to Turkey in 2002, named after the municipality of Gökova in Turkey's Muğla Province.
- TCG Göksu (F497), ex-USS Estocin (FFG-15). US Navy service 1981-2003. Sold to Turkey in 2003, named after the Göksu River in Turkey.
