StormRunners [Mi-8, UH-1, Sa342 Gazelle]

This is high-realism mission for proficient helicopter pilots who want a flying challenge. Commercial cargo hauling in the Mi8 Hip, UH-1 Huey, and Sa342 Gazelle. Extensive effort put in to create a realistic, dynamic flight environment. Features 6 voice actors and many dynamic voice events that depend on your actions.

Multiplayer and Multi-Crew capable. 12 helicopter slots in total. Singleplayer works too.

Cargo sling loading is optional to complete the mission, but it really adds to the experience. Radio-navigation is valuable for the low visibility conditions. This is a great mission to improve those skills.  

The Storm Runners mission takes about 1.25 hours to complete, but also has an open-world "sandbox mode" that allows you to fly to several highly-curated locations on land and out to sea for many hours of self-directed flying over a beautiful area in the Caucasus terrain.

I can fairly state that successful completion of this mission in the Huey, Hip, or Gazelle means that you can claim flight competency.
