After the Gulf War has ended, a new separatist movement started gaining strength on the Sinai Peninsula led by a group called the Sinai Liberation Front (SLF). The SLF launched their all out attack earlier this year, and now they have managed to occupy large areas on the Sinai, and declared their independence from Egypt. Unfortunately, the economic and political chaos of the last decade left the Egyptian military in a weakened state, so the government hired a private military company called Executive Incomes (EXI) to aid them with the air campaign against the rebels.
--- MISSION ---
1) Recon along the Eastern side of the Suez Canal and engage any enemy vehicles along the main road.
2) We are suspecting the enemy has set up a weapons cache somewhere between Suez city and the Little Bitter Lake. In case you find the camp, call in an airstrike.

You are flying as Chevy 1 today in the old Hind, Travis Buckingham will be Chevy 2 as your wingman.
Enfield will be orbiting above the Gulf, waiting for your call for the bomb run.
We suspect the rebel camp is around the oil storage facility in the south.
As we have only limited aircraft available, don't take any risks. If you spot that rebel ammo cache, call in the air strike and watch the fireworks from the distance. After that, you might want to do a battle damage assessment to see if the strike was successful.
The common radio frequency for our units is 127.5 MHz.
Also note that there is an occupied SA-2 site just north of Melez. Make sure you stay out of its range,
And one last thing: make sure you give the "commence fire" command to your gunner in the back. Unless you tell him, that poor bastard will be too afraid to shoot at anything!
