Version 1.5 of my low visibility skin pack for the new S-3 Viking model contains ten (!) liveries for VS-21, VS-24, VS-28, VS-30, VS-32, VS-33 and VS-38.
V 1.0: Initial release
V 1.1: Added Skins for VS-21 Tailcode NH (USS Kitty Hawk) and VS-30 (suits USS Saratoga and Washington).
V 1.5: Corrected some mistakes like a double roundel on the stock skin and improved the LUA file for easier use.
V 1.6: Added two new skins (VS-22 / AC and VS-31 / AG) and much improved the old VS-33 low vis skin.
This is version 1.5 of my skin pack for the new 3D model of the S-3B Viking introduced in DCS version 2.9. It contains ten liveries for the squadrons VS-21, VS-22, VS-24, VS-28, VS-30, VS-31 VS-32, VS-33 and VS-38. I changed the modex number to a realistic one, added some squadron insignias. The skins are not perfect, but I think they look nicer than the plain stock skin and at this time we don't have a texture template.
To install the liveries, copy the folders to [DCS MAIN DIRECTORY]/Bazar/Liveries/s-3b and also to [DCS MAIN DIRECTORY]/Bazar/Liveries/s-3b tanker
If you want to use the special bottom texture for the tanker, open up the LUA file inside the tanker livery. Simply change the second column to
{"low_S3B_Fus_Back", 0 ,"low_S3BViking_Fus_Back_Tanker_Diffuse",false};
and off you go.
