In December of 2009 the Islamic Revolutionary Republic (IRR) was formed and began a terror campaign in Northern Syria. The Syrian Government has been trying to keep it contained internally but is losing fight. Over the last six months the IRR has managed to secure most of the Northern cities from Aleppo to the Eastern border. The IRR’s goal appears to be destabilize the region and throw the country into a civil uprising.
This is my first campaign and used it to teach myself a lot about the mission editor. I look forward to hearing feedback, bug reports and any suggestions for improvement

It is now the end of June 2010 and the Syrian Government has reluctantly requested international help in stabilizing their country, which the US -already operating in the region- has accepted. The US has retasked a Special Operations Task Force that was on its way to the region for exercises with the Turkish military and NATO to assist the Syrian forces in containing the insurgency until a UN peacekeeping force can be brought in.
You are a pilot with the 1-130th ARB NCNG, B Company “Killer Bee’s” flying AH64D BLK II Apache’s that has been assigned to the task force to provide close air support for the ground assault. You will fly lead for Gunslinger flight, NATO will be providing additional air support form Incirlik but you will be the primary direct action platform in the region.
