A dust storm has closed all of the surrounding airports. Your best chance to land before running out of fuel is Tbilisi which is equipped with an ILS system.  One way or another, this jet must come down.

You start at 30k feet approximately 40 miles west of Tbisili airport. You do not have a waypoint available. Visibility is poor at low altitudes.
Tacan for runway 13R is 25X.
ILS is on 110.30Mhz at 128 degrees (122 magnetic).
Tower ATC frequency is 127.00 MHz. (Easy comms are disabled)

Input the tacan and ILS info into your DED (remember to use magnetic). Switch to Transmit/Receive. (T/R) on DED. Use the HSI (horizontal situation indicator) to set course to 122 degrees and change it to TCN (tacan) to navigate toward the beaon. Do not fly straight at the beacon (the airport) or you will arrive without being lined up with the runway. Instead, keep the tacan beacon at approximately 60 degrees off to the right of your nose until the HSI lubber line begines moving towards the center and tells you that it's time to turn in for the 128 degree approach, ideally at approx 15+ miles out and at 4000ft elevation AGL.

At 10 miles from the beacon, flying towards it at 128 degrees, switch to the PLS/Nav (Precision Landing Systen) HSI screen to use the ILS (instrument landing system) to guide you in. Follow the glide slope indicators to the runway like a pro and show us a nice flared landing in the dust. Come to a stop to complete the mission.
