"Naval Ballad" is the number 6 of "Operation Fugu" campaign is inspired by the "Operation Diodon" mission during the Lebanon war fr om 1982 to 1984.
The Multinational Security Force was created in September 1982 at the Lebanese request to the Secretary General of the United Nations and dissolved in March 1984 following the double attack against the French and American contingents.
The war is marked by rifts between religious communities, militias, phalanxes, traffickers, and by foreign interventions (Syria, Arab League, Israel, Iran, etc...).

After the ambush of the outpost by Toyota pick-ups near the Syrian border, the international coalition decided to reinforce the military presence there. Troops and armored vehicles are gradually being brought into Lebanon to prevent an attack east of the Lebanese mountains along the Syrian border. Ships provide artillery supplies and an airlift is organized to increase the military presence on the spot.
Your mission is part of this action to strengthen the system. You must accompany a navy transport helicopter in the shuttles it performs with the ships of the international coalition offshore.
The mission is successful if your helicopter returns to the parking 3 of the Chekka base after the mission with the navy west of Leban.
Take off at 18 ;40 pm just behind it and escort to the flotilla.

Rampstart at 18:30 p.m. for an escort of a navy mi 8 "Poseidon" which must land on an Italian helicopter carrier offshore to transfer an artillery company.
You will have 6 minutes to perform your rampstart and then follow "Mi-8 Poseidon" on the taxiway to runway 20 for takeoff.
Your role will be to provide escort and transport ground officers from that company on the return trip.
The situation on the ground becomes unstable. To counter the Lebanese government's desire to strengthen the military presence for the benefit of the Christian militias, threats of terrorists attacks are being heard in the country. The internal situation is also deteriorating in the big cities. Be vigilant as this conflict is escalating !
Formation flight will take place during this flight, allow approximately 1 hour 15 of mission.
No armed engagement in this mission, but your piloting skills will be put to the test !
A SU25T is in client to allow you all to download this mission. To change the type of helicopter go to the editor and modify the type of device "Uzi 3" by a hueys for example ! (don't delete the mi24 modify the type only!).
