Kneeboard to help you with the startup of the aircraft.
This Kneeboard was created as a sort of companion piece to the outstanding tutorial of Reflected Simulations on youtube. It was intended to be a pocket version of the tutorial, but is of course no substitute for the tutorial itself. I can not recommend watching his tutorials enough, especially this one before using this kneeboard to get a bit more context and background information about the aircraft. I originally made this kneeboard for myself quite some time ago, with this tutorial as an Inspiration, with a couple of additional notes. Maybe it can be helpful to people that are new to the Bf-109.

Disclaimers:
Because I made this Kneeboard a while ago for myself, the quality is not particularly good and some of the stuff mentioned may be out of date.
- The comment ”to push the fuel pump lever to P1+P2 but not until rest stop” is a relict from a now gone bug, nowadays you can push this lever all the way forward and leave it there without causing problems
- Priming the engine, by pumping the manual fuel pump lever doesn’t seem to do much anymore so you can leave that out or do it for the sake of realism, I guess.
- If you have trouble starting the engine, try adding more throttle and try to be quicker with pulling the starter. It also might help to set the magnetos before you initiate the starting procedure.
The following switches and buttons are not clickable you have to assign them to your HOTAS or to your keyboard
