I recommend knowing where the launch override button or key is. When you get to air-to-ground mode, you’ll need that activated first to get the OK to manually launch the HARMs. Best bet is to follow the steerpoints, use the RWR to align the jet with the SA-19 and fire 10-20 miles off. Make sure to tell your wingman to fire also.
Basically, we’ve got ground units trying to take a city, and before we can send in Su-24 Fencer fighter-bombers to take out some armored checkpoints you need to kill this SA-19. Too few Fencers to justify otherwise.
