(Many find mods to be bothersome, but honestly they do not take that much space and they provide a lot of good stuff which enhances the immersive experience of DCS missions. So without further ado, ENJOY! :-) )

Atleast 1x Icepack is mandatory to progress through the mission, but both can be used at the same time as well. The icepack are designated for troop pickup and has to be used for that purpose. The Hammer gunships is extra support, so if you got some friends bring them along as you please.
The mission is not forgiving, nor should it be. If you go down with some of the troops being extracted you need to start all over. So get your shit in gear and kick some serious butt with pro flying skills.
Situation
Delta Force Squads have been performing SPEC OPS activities and are ready for extraction.
They have been supported by ground troops in the vicinity providing a somewhat safe perimeter.
Use the following beacons for navigational support if needed:
FARP: FM 47 - staging position.
FOB: FM 43 - rearm, repair and refuel position closer to the AO.
Sortie:
2x Icepack with light armament for troop pickup.
2x Gunships with heavy armament for fire support.
Tasking
Your objective is to fly in and extract a Delta Force Recon Squad as well as a Delta Force Squad tasked to bring in a HVT.
They will provide homing beacons on their positions.
Once the Delta Squads have been extracted you will be tasked with close air support for the remaining ground troops in the area.
Make no mistake. It will be hot once you reach the AO. Keep your speed up and eyes open. Good luck...
