Installation path (copy paste in): C:\Users\XXXXX\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\Cockpit_F-18C
Then you need to activate it in game: Settings-> F/A-18C -> Customized Cockpit -> CF-18 Hornet Pack Vx.x
