F-15 S/MTD 412th Test Wing Skin from the United States Air Force.
The 412th Test Wing plans, conducts, analyzes, and reports on all flight and ground testing of aircraft, weapons systems, software and components as well as modeling and simulation for the USAF. There are several squadrons within the Test Wing, each assigned with as many as 20 aircraft. This squadron operates the F-15 S/MTD.

1. Open RAR File
2. Drop 'USAFSTOL' folder in C:\Users\[NAME]\Saved Games\[DCS VERSION]\Liveries\F-15_SMTD and \F-15_SMTD_GUN
If Liveries or F-15_SMTD/and or F-15_SMTD_GUN folders don't exist, create them.
