RCAF skin for the A-10CII module. Affectionately named the Thunder Moose by RCAF crews. Includes both old style metal and modern grey liveries.
This started as a project to update A-10 skins for 5EVC, after seeing that they used 428 Squadron as their Warthog contingent. I decided instead of updating someone else's work to make my own.
3 Liveries spanning the potential/fictional timeline of the A-10 in Canadian service:
-All metal/red trim with a custom 428 Squadron badge on the tail, with the Squadron's motto "To the Very End"
-Grey painted in the style of the late 80s/early 90s.
-Grey painted as above but with the recent RCAF/ARC around the roundel. Both Grey versions feature a 428 Squadron 'Ghosts' skull marking.
***This will work with the A-10A as well, I've included roughmets for the FC3 A-10 so you can enjoy these too. There is a Texture folder in the zip, simply copy the included the 'A-10' folder in ...\DCS World OpenBeta\CoreMods\aircraft\A-10\Textures. Leave it as a regular folder (do not add it to the zip) and enjoy.
