For JSGME:<br />
Step 1: Open the .zip file and place the folder inside into your JSGME mods folder in your game directory (C: > Program Files > Eagle Dynamics > DCS World or DCS World<br />
OpenBeta).<br />
Step 2: Launch JSGME and activate the mod named "F-16C Turkish Menu Theme"<br />
Done!<br />

Without JSGME:<br />
WARNING: It is strongly advisable to create backups of the files you will be replacing, as you will have to repair your game if you want to remove them. The files that should be backed up are here: C: > Program Files > Eagle Dynamics > DCS World or DCS World OpenBeta > Mods > aircraft > F-16C > Skins > 1 > ME > all the images in here.
