A pack I made with the first four missions of the Ace Combat 5 campaign, recreated in DCS World by me.
Play as Blaze, a rookie pilot of the Wardog Squadron, under the command of the Osean Air Force against Yuktobania.

Requirements:
-Caucasus and Marianas map (the free ones)

Another mission of me trying to tribute my favourite game of all times: Ace Combat 5.

The next morning, Blaze, Chopper, and Grimm lead the search-and-rescue mission for Nagase. They locate her distress beacon just before the Yuktobanian search parties find her, and escort an H-9 helicopter to her position while defending it from air and ground attack.

Necesary map: Kola.

After the Yuktobanian Air Force failed to destroy the OFS Kestrel, the Wardog Squadron returned to Sand Island Air Force Base. However, Sand Island was unexpectedly attacked by Yuktobanian forces, and all pilots were scrambled to defend against the attack.

As Wardog Squadron member, you are tasked to defend the base. Destroy all the bombers before they hit the runway. You will have the rest of your squadron and the base's air defenses to assist you.

Yuktobania has declared war on Osea and launched a simultaneous surprise attack on the Osean Port St. Hewlett. Wardog Squadron is sent to assist the OFS Kestrel's VFA-206, led by Captain Marcus Snow in defending the port facilities and escaping vessels, including the Kestrel. Once the vessels make it out into open sea, Wardog is requested to escort the fleet until it goes through the naval blockade.

BRIEFING:

Our naval base at St. Hewlett reports that Yuktobanian aircraft have launched a surprise attack on the port. The situation there is critical with widespread panic. Ships from the 3rd Osean Naval Fleet docked at the port are currently under attack and taking heavy losses.

Hurry to Port St. Hewlett and provide air cover for our naval vessels attempting to escape the bay. Among these ships is the aircraft carrier Kestrel. It is the flagship of the 3rd Naval Fleet and a critical combat asset. You must protect the Kestrel at all costs.

Second mission of a series of missions about my attempt to honor one of my favourite videogame sagas: Ace Combat. By making missions inspired on the games into DCS: World. This mission features air combat against drones. Watch your ammo because a flight of Mig-21 will come later to reinforce, followed by a squadron of Mig-29A. Use your radio to comunicate with your squadron and AWACS when needed or listen to the soundtrack using the radio presets (details below).

BACKGROUND:

Airspace around Sand Island had already been violated once before on September 23, when a squadron of unknown aggressors opened fire on a training squadron, killing ten pilots. Osean airspace was again violated the following day when an SR-71 was shot down, along with a flight of unknown aggressors. Airspace remained calm for two days...

Background:

A squadron of 10 MiG-29A Fulcrums violated Osean airspace and killed 8 rookies of the Wardog Squadron at September 23, 2010.
Afterwards, the squadron was on high alert. A Yuktobanian SR-71 recon plane was hit by a SAM from the Osean Coastal Defense Force, but was not destroyed. Heavily damaged, the wounded aircraft descended to 4,000 feet and started heading north, out to sea.

This mission doesn't require VSN Blackbird for it to work. I substituted the SR-71 with a vanilla F-117.
