This is a randomized mission setting on the Kola peninsula.
It is part of a mission series. OP Norther Spear is a follow up series of OP Northern Star.
In this mission you will fly strike missions at the border to Russia. Your Task is to find and destroy enemy Targets in the russian territory.
At the moment there are 4 missions, that will randomly spawn, each time you load the mission.
At the moment the mission is:
- hot start
- easy coms
- no voiceovers
- no kneeboards
This might change in the future, this is the first version and I need your feedback.

Welcome to OP Nothern Spear
Today we strike russian armor in the border region.
Since the last winter (OP Northern Star) things escalated further.
The russians have deployed more armor along the border and we are now in a full blown conflict. There is no more probing with small units. We have a full scale war and russia is attacking with heavy armor along the finnish border.
Nato troops are deployed along the border, finnish, norwegian, british and german troops.
You will fly either as a finnish F-18 pilot, a norwegian F-16 pilot or a british Harrier or AH-64 pilot.
You will be provided with target information through CHAINSAW and the JTACS on the ground (LOKI).
