Unzip to your DCS user folder
C:\Users\<your-user-name>\Saved Games\DCS\MissionEditor\themes
if you're using openbeta
C:\Users\<your-user-name>\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\MissionEditor\themes
The final folder structure should look like this
C:\Users\Damian\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\MissionEditor\themes\main\ME

To switch to this theme, from main menu go to settings, MISC. tab, and set Theme to "User theme".
