DCS Moon mods: Mars, Jupiter, Io, Venus, M-57

Moon replacement mod with planets: Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Io sattelite and M-57 nebula.

Extract folders and place them in JSGME _MODS folder.

Requirement: use these values in the graphics.cfg file:  

Planets:

Moon =
{
    Ktex = 1280/(1280-12); -- moon texture aspect ratio, excluding the 2-pixel border on each size
    size = 50*3.1415926/180.0; -- angular size of the moon
