The paint scheme represents the 92nd Tactical Fighter Squadron assigned to the 81st Tactical Fighter Wing at RAF Bentwaters in the mid-1960s. The squadron flew the F-101 Voodoo.
Pilots at the time included Col Robin Olds, USAF (81st TFW Commander), LtCol Chappie James, USAF (92nd TFS Commander), and Capt Joe Copp, USAF (pilot within the 92nd).
