This is the first skin that was uploaded for the F-15E S4+ to the User Files, it essentially just was a joke, but it turned into this.
install: put the "(F-15C) USAF 334th Eagles AF89" folder into your UserFiles:
Users\(You)\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\F-15ESE
