From 1990 to 2007, the 119th Wing of the North Dakota Air National Guard operated the F-16. This livery is one of the 178th FS Happy Hooligans, with the GE engine graciously supplied by Roughmaster, and new afterburner effects from Leeh1y. It has the squadron patch as well as the aircraft's paint as a whole and the aforementioned engine and burner effects. Includes dynamic numbering.
