Print, cut and insert!
Note: when printing, ensure "Fit to page" is NOT selected. If Fit to page is selected in your printer dialogue, your printer will not print actual size.
You will need to also cut the rounded corners on the bottom of the insert - I use the plastic inserts as a guide for those cuts.
I used my Powerpoint template (also available in User Files here) to create this template.
