Follow Eightball's install instructions at the above link.
Drop the included GMC Pickup Airport Services and GMC Pickup Follow Me folders into the Liveries folder of the mod mentioned above.
Enjoy the new Andersen (Guam) and Incirlik Airport Service Vehicle skins that I loosely based on real world Follow Me and Transient Alert trucks.
