Need that DME from the TACAN, but you don't have a TACAN receiver? Use these kneeboard pages to quickly find out what frequency you can dial to get the DME from the TACAN channel.
Extract the files to "C:\Users\PROFILE\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard". You can put them in specific aircraft if you like, like the C101. This method of navigation may not work on DCS modules.
