Finally the GAU-12 Equalizer is back. I adjusted a single value in this file and now the pipper no longer needs to be aimed over the target to hit it. Just put the thing on the thing when in range, and fire! Probably breaks IC.
v2: adjusted pipper to -1.55 value. Please comment your results.
