I have replaced the F-16 Main menu theme with a theme from the Discovery Wings F-16 episode: https://youtu.be/Hn7zP6iABhA
Just drop the Wings F-16 folder in: \Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\aircraft
After this you can select the theme in the Misc. tab in the Options.
