Cockpit switch randomizer for the F-4E.

Uses the Jester modding capability to flip a number of switches and knobs to a random, but sensible position.

Sets lighting, HUD/RWR/DSCG brightness, internal lighting, aural tone, mode 3 rollers, and radio presets to random positions. Lighting has "presets" such that its not entirely random, and is set in such a way that could make sense.
