To install, open up the RAR file and from it, drag and drop the "Russian Navy" folder into your Disk:\DCS World OpenBeta\CoreMods\aircraft\MiG-21bis\Liveries\MiG-21Bis folder OR C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\MiG-21Bis folder, and enjoy.
