The mission provides a realistic training environment featuring carrier operations, air-to-air refueling, and ground targets for practice and exercises.
Designed for flexible use, it supports both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft and is ideal for realistic peacetime operations, training sorties, and multiplayer sessions. MOOSE provides a Range Control Agency, Randomized Air Traffic and full AITS. All F10 Map-drawings can be dynamically shown or hidden via the Comms menu. Night, Winter and Summer is available as separate missions and can also be switched via the Comms Menu.

You have just arrived at Mount Pleasant Airbase, where you’ll be stationed for a while to conduct training across a variety of assets and mission profiles.
This mission template provides a realistic snapshot of the modern military setup of the Falkland Islands, offering a structured yet flexible peacetime training environment. All airbases and carriers support dynamic spawning. For single-player use, please launch the mission as a private server to enable dynamic slots, or alternatively edit the mission files to add the aircraft of your choice.
To ensure smooth performance, the total number of placed units has been deliberately kept low (under 400 units of which >150 are static container boxes).
The mission can be customized via the Comms menu. Available options include:
* Range Control Officer with smoke and performance review (via text and speech) at Onion, Arrow, and Second Creek Range
* Toggling multiple layers of mission editor drawings on or off (General Info, AAR Info, Aerodrome Info, Range Info)
* Switching the environment between nighttime, summer and winter variants
Further features:
* Full ATIS at Mount Pleasant, Port Stanley and San Carlos FOB
* Fuel and cargo trucks at most airstrips/helipads (also unmarked ones)
* Target drone is active over the Second Creek range, providing a dynamic element for air-to-ground training
* Kneeboards with all information for frequencies, navigation sources and weather in day and night versions
* Kneeboards with real, publicly available approach/departure charts for Mount Pleasant and Port Stanley (do not use IRL!)
* Four different carrier groups
