285th Flying Wrecks BDU green splinter livery featuring Wrecks' official mascot, Rocket Boy! This livery features custom roughmets, helmet, pilot patches, and fuel tanks. The download is of a zipped text file which contains links to google drive. Drive file has livery packaged in .zip file format to be dropped directly into liveries/FA-18C_hornet folder in your saved games folder. DCS apparently reads the zip files directly without need for extraction. I hope this makes sense. The text file for this contains links to all the other Wrecks splinter skins, too.
