Ever wanted to add an EWRS script for your single player missions?
This script provides Early Warning Radar System (EWRS) functionality for DCS missions. It detects airborne enemy aircraft within radar range and issues formatted BRAA callouts (Bearing, Range, Altitude, Aspect), with additional support for friendly picture and enemy helicopter picture on request.
FEATURES

- Works for either Blue or Red coalition (coalition-agnostic)
- Detects enemy aircraft using all active radar units with "EWR_" prefix
- BRAA callouts every 25 seconds (normal), or every 3 seconds if enemy is within 10nm
- Displays detailed callouts: aircraft type, heading, range, altitude, aspect
- Adds clock direction + altitude cue when enemy is within 5nm
- Filters out units that are destroyed (dead or exploded)
- Callouts are automatically sorted by ascending distance
- Standalone script (does NOT require MIST or other frameworks)
- Optional F10 Radio Commands for:
- Toggling automatic EWRS reports
- Requesting friendly picture
- Requesting enemy helicopter picture
RADAR UNIT SETUP

To be used as a radar, a group must have a name starting with "EWR_". The script automatically scans for all active radar units (AWACS or ground-based) with this prefix.
