This is a terrain elevation map of Afghanistan theater for use in CombatFlite for mission planning.
This file includes a terrain elevation map of Afghanistan in .mbtiles format.
It has to be placed in your ...\CombatFlite\Data\DCS Normandy or ...\CombatFlite\Data\Real World folder (depending on how you decide to use this file).

Other maps for CombatFlite (1:1.000.000 ONC and 1:500.000 TPC) are available as well, but cannot be shared on DCS' user files due to file size limitations.
