Raqqa, once considered the "capital" of the self-proclaimed Islamic State, has been identified as a strategic stronghold requiring immediate intervention.
The International Coalition, led by the United States, has decided to launch Operation Valley Shield with the goal of liberating the city and dismantling the terrorist structures that have kept it under their control.
