Since I have been flying around with the SOAR livery made by @enf2 found at https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3340029/, I thought it looked a little empty being on the base CH-47F.
So I've added a very simple version of all the exterior attachments to turn the CH-47F into the MH-47G!
This mod is only visual and none of the attachments are functional.
ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL FILES BEFORE REPLACING OR MODDING!!!!
To install;
- First you will need to open the .zip folder, and drop the "CoreMods" folder into your MAIN DCS folder, replacing the files.
- Then you can take the three textures from the texture folder, and add them to your "ch-47f" zip texture folder found at "DCSWorld\CoreMods\aircraft\CH-47F\Textures"
If installed correctly, you should have a fourth weapon bay on your CH-47F rearm and refuel panel called "MH47". The attachments are added onto the exterior by adding the "MH47" pod, and can be removed by removing the payload
