The F-16V block 70 is the latest variant of the F-16 aircraft that comes with new AN/APG-83 AESA radar and other new avionics,
latest AIM-9X and AIM-120D missiles and new airframe made of modern composite materials that reduce radar reflection and make
it harder to detect by enemy radars.
Main features:
-AN/APG-83 radar simulated for AI.
-AIM-120D air to air missile for AI (and human pilot if used on a flyable aircraft).
-Lower radar cross section compared to earlier variants.
-Can use AIM-9M/X and AIM-120C/D missiles for air to air tasks.
-Can use Paveway and JDAM series bombs, AGM-88C HARM, AGM-65H Maverick and various unguided bombs for air to ground tasks.
Known flaws:
-JSOW is not listed in weapon options as the AI could not use it properly for yet unknown reason.
Installation:
-Put the "F16V_AI" folder into "SavedGames/DCS/Mods/aircraft" directory.
