Template for Israel's Ramon Airbase, Operating AH-64 And F-16I aircraft out of 5 Squadrons
Ramon airbase is an Israeli airbase situated in the Negev desert, it is the second most southern airbase in Israel and operates F-16I and AH64 A and D Aircraft.
This airbase recently came under fire during the 2024 Iran missile attacks and sustained little to no damage as a result.
This template includes the following squadrons and units:
-113 Squadron "Hornet" (AH-64D) - Notable for 'Operation Cloud Pillar', 'Operation Cast Lead', 'Operation Grapes Of Wrath' and the Yom Kippur war
-119 Squadron "Bat" (F-16I) - Notable for taking part in 'Operation Orchard', destroying a Syrian nuclear site.
-190 Squadron "Magic Touch" (AH-64A) - Took part in the Lebanon War as air-support
-201 Squadron "The One" (F-16I) - Notable for 'Operation Pirha' and Operation 'Doogman 5'
-253 Squadron "Negev" (F-16I) - Also notable for 'Operation Orchard'
Not included:
Unit 214 David's Sling Brigade - Will add to the template once the IDF Mods project is available to download again.
Unit 417 Meitar - Ground unit difficult to replicate.
