That's a HAF F-4E painted with Aegean Blue camo.
Τhis camo was used until the middle of 90's when it replaced by the Aegean ghost.
Unzip and put the file in: C:/users/your pc name/Saved games/DCS or DCS.openbeta/Liveries/F-4E-45MC
