In october 2023, the 494th "Panthers" were depolyed fr om their homebase RAF lakenheath to a undisclosed location in the middel east. While they were depolyed the 494th was tasked with bombing mutiple syrian targets. During their depolyment the 494th EFGS painted their 12 jets with various nose arts and names. 91-0324 was named "EL JEFE" which means "THE BOSS" and painted a skull with a flower in the center. aswell as a big fan above. in 2021 91-0324 was also depolyment with a similar nose art under the same name... Towards the end of their depolyment the 494ths depolyment was extended and ordered to shoot down Drones and cruise missiles toghter with the 335th FS, RAF and RJAF. 91-0324 shot down 1 drone which was marked with a red aim-9X. the 494th and 335th got a personal thank you from POTUS you can find online.
In may after 7 months, the 494th returned to RAF lakenheath, wh ere they showed their new nose arts and kill marks. at the start of July the nose art was removed.
This rework of El jefe is apart of redoing all the new 494th nose arts. this being the 5th one. thanks to everyone who has helped out with this livery. means alot
