Files are in a zip. Open into the path/folder: \Saved Games\DCS.Openbeta\Kneeboard\F15ESE\
Apologies if you don't like the format, it's just my preference for use. They're in portrait format as I view in VR.
A couple of the slides use info taken from the manual and also from another use. My thanks to them for those details.
