Ace Combat inspired livery for the F-14B

The last of the old breed. The VF-14 Snakes have served in almost every major engagement since the advent of Naval Aviation in the early 20th century. Now, flying the approaching elderly F-14B Tomcat, the pilots may know that the time of the Tomcat is coming to an end, but until that final day comes, they will be the end all, be all, of fleet defense.
Assigned to CVW-23 following the end of the Circum Pacific War, the Snakes were briefly chopped to CVW-7 Aboard the OFS Vulture during post Lighthouse War operations in southwestern Usea, before returning to the OFS Barbet in 2021.
The Snakes are a living relic in more than just aircraft. While most OMDF Squadrons evolved to simpler designs in the mid to late 2010s, the Snakes have kept their turn of the century service markings, Visually similar to other well known squadrons from the era.
