this is a fictional livery based off of the fictional MiG-28 from the movie top gun
I like to imagine this is a modern version of the MiG-28, a MiG-28SM. it carries anti-ship moosles which the F-5, the orignal base for the MiG 28 can't, which is why i think it would be more appropriate to use the Jf-17
