Note: This mission takes place after HARM the Bear.
Buoyed by the successful airstrike on Mozdok airbase, Georgian and NATO forces have decided to up the pressure on the Western Front.
A surprise attack on Sochi-Alder airbase has been authorized. Georgian Special Forces will be inserted via helicopter to attack the base from the North and the East. A massive artillery barrage has already severely damaged the airbase. Your flight of 4 F18s will strike the base ahead of the ground forces as a diversion. 2 F16 flights perform SEAD actions in support.
Sochi-Alder is guarded by tanks, infantry, Manpads and a partial SA-3 SAM system.

Mission
1. Start up, taxi and take-off.
2. Fly your waypoints under 500 ft. to avoid detection.
3. Order your wingmen to attack at Waypoint 5.
4. You are to attack a train that is parked at the Southwest end of Sochi-Adler using ripple high drag munitions. You are to attack at 350 ft. and 550 kns in one pass then return to Gudauta for rearming (reco: Cluster munitions).
5. After rearming, return to the battle to provide CAS support for the Special Forces troops.
6. Land at Gudauta to complete the mission.
With surprise, and a little luck, we’ll take Sochi-Alder this morning.
