Spitfire LF. Mk.IX 24lb boost gauge + altimeter (interim fix for 2.9)

The new cockpit textures included with DCS 2.9 for the Spitfire changed the boost gauge from the 24lb type to the 16lb type. The gauge was not recalibrated for this (and our Spitfire's Merlin 66 puts out 18lbs boost at max power anyway), so the gauge is currently incorrect across the entire throttle range. I've taken the scale from the old 24lb gauge and blended it with the new one so that it retains the better fidelity of the new gauge, but with the correct scale of the old one. I've also replaced the scale for the altimeter pressure setting subscale as something similar has occurred.

This is a super quick and dirty fix; many thanks to Vladinsky for getting it to even work in the first place (something was wrong with my description.lua and I couldn't work it out). Please note that the normal map does not match as I could not get that to work for love nor money and neither could Vladinsky. I've included the normal map itself so if you can work out the relevant lua wizardry to make it work, the texture is already there.

IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT PASSING THE MULTIPLAYER INTEGRITY CHECK:

Take the two .dds files from the livery folder and directly put them into the default cockpit textures (DCS World Open Beta/Mods/aircraft/SpitfireLFMkIX/Cockpit/Textures/Cockpit_Spitfire_LFMkIX_Textures.zip)

OTHERWISE:

Extract the folder to DCS World Open Beta/Mods/aircraft/SpitfireLFMkIX/Liveries/Cockpit_Spitfire_LFMkIX
Go to the special options menu for the Spitfire ingame, and change cockpit livery to "Fixed Boost Gauge"

You may need to restart the game to see it. If this doesn't work, try replacing the contents of the "default" livery folder with the contents of this one, or you can try going to Saved Games/DCS.openbeta/Mods/Aircraft/SpitfireLFMkIX/Liveries/Cockpit_Spitfire_LFMkIX and placing it in there, renaming the "Fixed Boost Gauge" folder to "default". This was a royal headache to get working on my end because there appears to be some sort of bug with custom cockpit liveries in the Spitfire specifically, so your mileage may vary.
