F15E Pilot and WSO binding for Winwing F16EX stick and Orion 2 F15EX throttle users

Key bindings for F15E Pilots and WSOs who use Winwing F16EX stick and Orion 2 F15EX throttle as their HOTAS! You don't need any extra stick. Only one you have is required even in case you play as WSO. 'RHC' means BTN 6 on your stick used as a switch. Thanks to Chuck's F14 guide, I could find using both LHC and RHC available with only one stick. F-15E checklist + LUTIN v2.1

I transcribed the RAZBAM manual into a checklist so that everyone has a little checklist to fly, I also put the info for almost all the cards there to avoid constantly doing F10.
