I made the file OvGME ready and it goes into the root installation of the game. If you wish to manually install, here is the file path:

This livery was inspired by JG3 F-2 109s during Operation Barbarossa in 1941. To install: open the RAR file, and drag and drop the "BF-109 F2 JG3 Operation Barbarossa 1941" folder into your Disk:\DCS World OpenBeta\Bazar\Liveries\Bf-109K-4.
