I have developed a map of targets, heliports (medical, UN, other) for the Syrian map. All targets are identified using a "navigation point" and broken into regions, as shown on map provided. I used the following to categorize each target:
- Government Control (GVC)
- Electricity (ELE)
- Command, Control & Communications (C3)
- Offensive Counterair (OCA)
- Nuclear, Biological, & Chemical (NBC)
- Military Industrial Base (MIB)
- Scuds (SCU)
- Naval (NAV)
- Petroleum, Oil, & Lubricants (POL)
- Lines of Communication (LOC)
