This little mission is a practice mission to fly into and land on Kolkhi using instruments, ILS and TACAN with ATC approval.
You will start NW of Kolkhi heading to Zeni which is one of the Entry/Exits of Kolkhi airport.
Open the kneeboard (Shift-K) and page down to the map to see the 4 possible entry/exit routes out of Kolkhi.
Once past Zeni ATC will Radio that they have a visual and you can request landing.
By that time you will need to have reduced speed and using your HSI be on approach to the runway.
1) Hit Active Pause
2) Open Kneeboard and page down to Kolkhi map
3) Enter T-ILS into the DED : Details of this are on the Kneeboard. Its 31X for TACAN, 108.9 Hz and bearing 268 or 88. Runway 43ft height.
3) Set HSI to 88 Degrees.
4) Keep heading towards Zeni and contact tower for Inbound.
5) Once passing Zeni tower will report visual and you can request Landing Approval.
6) Turn into runway 9 and go for the approach. You will have set up the correct bearing and throttle / speed by that time.
7) Try and land on Kolkhi. Success
